I have a 2021 Kodiak Cub Camper that I bought second hand last year. I removed the batteries over the winter (left on a tender) just recently reinstalled the batteries. The batteries are fully charged and the solar monitoring panel also shows them fully charged. However, I have no DC power to the unit (i.e., at the breaker box). Under AC power everything works fine. But there is no DC power to the unit off of AC. There are three DC circuit breakers on the trailer tongue but no battery disconnect switch. There is DC power on the backside of the breakers on the power lines going into the trailer. Does anyone know if this unit has a battery disconnect, perhaps within the unit? Or a separate breaker somewhere in the unit? I appreciate any input. Have looked for critter damage to electrical lines but no evidence of that.

Good solve. I saw this and had no idea how to respond but should have thought of this because I had a bad ground for a while too. It was just bad enough to interfere with charging the batteries but not enough to stop them from working with what little charge they had. Often times the manufacturers are too lazy to scrape all the paint off before they connect the ground to the chassis or frame, which works for a while then loses adequate contact.
