2005 Dutchman Dorado, E-450 with gas engine (v10?)

This motorhome has been parked at my mo-in-laws house for at least 12 years, it was started and ran on and off for many years, but I doubt it been ran in over 8 years. I've been asked to get it going so they can sell the house.

It's in a very bad spot, can't tow it

Upon inspection I was greeted by the current occupant..

Once evicted, I was faced with the results of the decorating tastes of the previous tenants.

I was able to re-wire this however, It leads to my first question..

I'm certain about the location of every wire except the yellow one. I used the colors on the previous bits to figure out what went where but the yellow didn't really show anything. this is my best guess. (Note: the relay is in a different rotation than the previous, but this was taken into account on installation)

Now the real issue. It will turn over no problem, dash lights everything fine. No fire. I made sure to put 15 gallons of new gas in it.

Crank, crank, crank, no sputter. I hooked my autel 850 code reader, and there is only a code for the fuel level sensor. I can also see "live" stats when cranking and it shows the fuel pump pressure changing, being enabled, just no fuel.

I disconnected the fuel line at the engine, put in a large glass jar, turned the key on, no fuel.

So.. is there a way to know FOR SURE if its the fuel pump that's bad or just a restriction, etc?

Other thoughts?

Update: I did the basic check the fuse, but been working alone so can't check for a relay click or hum from tank. I will do this tomorrow. I guess I was thinking that the autel scanner would indicate if the pump wasn't running.

Additionally since the live data showed a change in pressure I figured it worked, but maybe I need a mechanical method instead.

They sell a push button switch that you can hook up to that starter relay that you can turn the engine over from the engine compartment while working on the engine. Do you have an in-line fuel filter somewhere? Is it an electric fuel pump? Have you tried squirting some fuel or starting fluid into the carburetor to see if it will help matters? The starter switch will be an immense aid to troubleshooting
