Can't find circuit breaker on 2001 Dutchman Classic

We know it's supposed to be along the floor and near the bathroom but we can't find it...microwave isn't working and that's the only thing we can figure out is the breaker is popped

The microwave should be on its own circuit. Can you find the electrical panel?

We finally found it under the cabinet next to the fridge....there's a weak breaker which we should be able to replace sometime this week plus using the proper extension cord with a 30 amp...then we can see if it works....
