Bad site software...

I wrote a detailed post telling a member how to troubleshoot his issue. It took me a couple of hours to get it correct and to post it. By that time the site software had logged me off. The post was lost.

It is not likely that I will try again. I am not willing to spend that amount of time a second time.

Please correct the software to ask before disconnecting.:-ang

I always type mine up in MS Word if the reply is long or involved, than copy/paste into the the comment text box. I also have a copy that can be used if the same question is posted again by another member.
