2024 Coleman Rubicon 1708 BH. Its a cable slide system. There are three slide rollers under the slide in an integrated slilde roller/slide trim and gasket strip. The roller mounting screws have completely ripped out of the camper and while the slide still moves in and out, the rollers are no longer doing anything. Is there a track the slide runs on with the exterior rollers being a little redundant, or are there just rollers in this slide system? The keystone/dutchman service rep i called told me to just run it, it would not hurt it and take it for repair. Has this happened to anyone else? THank You
