This Voltage toy hauler, fifth wheel by Dutchmen RV is extremely capable of taking you, your family and your toys on an adventure you can only dream of. Model 3990 features triple A/C’s, triple slide outs, triple 7000 pound axles, a cargo loft, one and a half baths, and a huge 12' garage, plus much much more!
We have spent a ton of money upgrading this luxury RV to help you stay out there longer, in 42,000 btu's of A/C comfort. With LifeBlue Lithium batteries, 1895 watts of commercial grade solar panels, a full complement of the best in electrical upgrades including Magnum Dimensions-Magnum Energy MSH3012M Hybrid 3k Inverter, PT100 Solar Controller, ME-ARC50 Remote, ME-AGS-N automatic generator start and ME-BMK shunt. For your safety and the safety of your RV we hard wired a Progressive Industries RV Surge & Electrical Protector too. We recently (December 2021) installed a lifetime, transferable warranty, Flex Armor Roof system for no maintenance EVER.
Step into the combined kitchen and living area through the patio door or through the side main entry door with Lippert Components Solid Step Quad Step upgrade for easy entry. There are dual slides opposite one another that really opens up the space like no other. There is a 110 volt upgraded, converted refrigerator, three burner gas range with standard oven, and convection/microwave oven too. There is also a peninsula counter with double stainless steel sinks for easy cleanup and plenty of storage below as well.
Across the room you have an electric recliner sofa seating area with custom end tables with plenty of storage. The electric fireplace for those cool cozy nights sure is nice, and huge 50 inch Smart TV on a full articulating mount for easy viewing and an awesome full surround sound system to rock your nights away while out boondocking.
The front master bathroom, features a full size BATHTUB and plenty of room for moving around comfortably, a newer Nature's Head composting toilet, overhead mirror/medicine cabinet and vanity with a beautiful glass bowl sink. This bath also features dual entry from either the hall or from within the bedroom for your convenience.
Speaking of the master bedroom it features a full walk around queen size bed, slide-out, with tons of storage underneath and 12 volt USB receptacles on each side for charging your phones and tablets at night. There is also a dresser with overhead TV and additional storage cabinets on the side, a large closet, and a second closet with an awesome Splendide combination, vented washer/dryer.
The cargo area features a queen bed loft that overlooks the main living and kitchen area of the unit. In the garage is a 43" Smart TV on an articulating, pull down TV mount and DVD/CD Bluetooth stereo that also plays outside. There is overhead storage on both sides of the cargo space along with a convenient half bath with toilet and sink. Happi-Jak adjustable bed and dual custom workstations extend your fun for an extra room or office.
Loading and unloading into the 12' cargo area is a piece of cake, with the spring assist rear ramp door. Once your toys are secured with the tie downs provided and the ramp door is closed you can still access your things from the side cargo main door, or from the living room through the sliding glass door.
For your generator and toys, the rear tanks are 44 and 30 gallon gasoline with a fuel pump station outside so that the fun can last all weekend long. Plus, there is a 14' awning off the cargo area door/ramp/patio, and 2 new - 18' and 14' awnings off the main side entrance!
