The rubber roof on my 2010 Grand Junction has sperated from under the front fiberglass cap. Has anyone else had this problem, and was the fix?

I assume you mean it has pulled out from under the fiberglass cap? If that is the case, you will need to make sure there aren't any tears in the roofing material at the edges. It should have been clamped down by a termination bar then sealed in place. But with Dutchmen who the hell knows just what they did. If you can get pictures of the connection or where it is supposed to be it would be a big help.

In general the roof membrane is glued to the roof substrate aka plywood. Then the edges are terminated by clamping them under either a termination bar or in some cased awning rail. For it to be done properly there needs to be sealant under the membrane AND under what ever is being used to clamp it down. Then the screw heads are typically coated in sealant too. There are some better methods but you seldom find them on RV's.
