A leak between the water heater, walls, and bath. All piping seen looks good. I am trying to see where else it may be. Pooling from the bath area and under those walls.

EWWWW! Good luck with this one. the piping in the newer ones is made of a material called PEX which is more forgiving when freezing than standard PVC and fastened with special crimp on connections (which can be sub'd with hose clamps). Unfortunately, there are no specific diagrams for water lines that would pertain to your particular unit, only general water pipe diagrams. The good part is that they are generally all in one small space unless you have a second bathroom or something. Also, if you did not winterize properly, it could have froze and caused a leak, usually where it joins a metal piece or solid plastic piece.

By the way, We visited the Emerald Hollow Mine last time we were there, nice town and very friendly folks!

Welcome to the forum and good luck with your leak.

Frank

PS: I don't know why Dutchmen can't come up with an owner's manual like this one...

Does it leak when ever water is hooked up, or by chance only after you used your black tank flush system? Many folks have reported leaks under those walls from tank flush line.

From my experience I believe you call the Unicorn Union and they can get that schematic to you. Sorry, I couldn't resist. It seems that very few manufacturers require their employees to follow any type of standard installation protocols. Put it where/how you can, and move on to the next unit. I hope you find the leak in an easy to reach place.

I had a leak in both of my units. One was a 2008 Wolf Pack toy hauler and traded for a 2015 Voltage toy hauler. The back flow valve for the santi-flush black tank clean out on both units leaked. They were made of plastic so I replaced them with metal. No problem since. They both were located under the bathroom sink.
