My two new cylinders and keys arrived today and I was successful :cool: at making the change. Had a little trouble getting the new cylinders in as you have to get them lined up just right.

Nothing here yet either in Regina. I just looked back and I made my call on October 14th. Hopefully the locks will show up here before the snow comes :-sad-.
