My unit is a 3605 also I knew they would just replace the springs with the same ones and i would have the problem again so i just put heavier springs on myself at a cost of $600 with shipping then...

I had the same problem with mine at 6 months old I had already replaced all springs with heavier ones after first trip but when the spring hangers failed I had to straighten the frame weld in cross ...
