As an afterthought, the wires might even be between the floor and the frame. The blind installers might have had a rushed day when they stuck yours together.

Probably a wiring harness under the floor is grounding or shorting out. The harness probably runs through a non insulated hole through the frame. It won't get any better until you get under there...
