That's not right at all. The dealer needs to really repair this problem instead of just using larger screws.

Maybe they, the blind installers, forgot to pin the fabric to the roller. Just takes a screw to pin and then it should not wonk on your very shiny RV thing.

I think you can open the awning all the way and...

I think you can open the awning all the way and then center the fabric within the roller.

It may just be winding up crooked so getting it even might do the trick.
