I fill mine until it backflows. I've never seen anything that said CAUTION, DON'T OVERFILL or anything else that ever mentioned anything about the fresh water tank. My tank is vented (supposedly)...

You are the second person that has had a water tank issue that has been denied by Keystone by them saying you filled it wrong! How do you overfill or fill a tank wrong?
