Thanks bennet and joebedford: just what I was looking for. Need to tie down a heavy bike. Looks like those chocks are solid. Snow here so this work in spring.

Thinking I might have to do some cuttin' and drillin' under my garage. Heavier d-rings etc. Voltage 3200 - so 10ft garage. Does anyone have good pics or a schematic that will show me what's there...
