Get some rubber coated hose clamps and secure...

Get some rubber coated hose clamps and secure them to the floor. Eventually the insulation will work loose and you will be right back to noise. Clamps will also help keep the fittings from fatiguing...

Under the kitchen sink maybe? Only suggestion I can make is listen for it, should make some kind of noise when its pumping.
