Yeah unfortunately the cable slide system they switched to does not allow them to fully extend. Did you get the roof reinforcement for the main AC area taken care of?

I have only been full time in my 3970 6 months. If we hadn't done a couple shakedown trips to catch all the issues, we would have been in a hotel for weeks. Instead was "homeless" for a few nights so...
