I can't think of anything else. If you keep getting the E1 error, I would consider replacing the controller card.

E1 is a communication problem. I would check the main AC as the garage and bedroom is managed from the main. This is where the corrosion was found. Pull the cover off the top (about 8 to 10 screws)....

Did you get this fixed? Are you receiving any error codes on your thermostat? I had this similar problem on a new 2016 Voltage 3200. I received E1 codes which shows the controllers are not...
