Just got home and here are the inside dimensions for my cabinet, over the sink.

28" wide x 13.75 deep x 16.75" tall

I just found the link to the shelves on Amazon.. I think you are safe on the width and the height. You might be a bit shy on the depth of 9.75 inches. I think the shelves are about 11 to 12" deep....
