Was the roof TPO or EPDM and was it glued down?

I think I might be fighting an uphill battle trying to get warranty coverage after 9 years. Besides, the soft spot is between the roof rafters.

Having said that, the whole roof is pretty springy....

There are no signs of leaks anywhere inside the rig.

Twice in the 9 years we've had it, a few drips of water came out the return for the main a/c....

The area inside the marker lines is soft / totally rotted out. It's solid by the a/c. There's a tiny scratch in the membrane in the middle of this area but it doesn't appear to go all the way through...

There's nothing to see - the EPDM is there but there's nothing underneath it.
