FWIW, it's a Chinese Xylem Flojet 11lpm (2.9gpm). Any idea what that clear plastic thing is on the input side? Is that a filter of some sort?

What water pump for Voltage 3950?

Water pump is starting to take 20 seconds to prime after being off for a while then it takes 10 seconds to build pressure before shutting off.

I'd prefer to get a new one (with more pressure) then...
