Thanks, I have 2012 3600 voltage. My awning works fine from the switch in the basement. I have 12 volts from the inside switch both extending and retracting(-+). I get no awning movement...

Have called the factory support 800 number 3 times. Once asking for location of generator transfer switch. Their info was incorrect by 15 feet. Second time I requested a wiring schematic. The...
