Reinforcing the H-column was successful at removing the twist, but I was continuing to have issues. I ended up taking the Voltage V3200 to Lippert's service center to have the mechanism...

I tried loading pics without success. Repair hasn't been finished yet, shop is still working on it. I was forced to have a shop do the repair per my design.
