Notice the scratches on the rim right where the sensor would rub against it if you pushed it over till it touches the rim. That's what happening when the wheel is spinning and the centrifugal force...

tpms sensor & rubber valve stems

I've been having problems with valve stems failing. See if you can spot the problem here.
I need to order some metal stems.
