I ended up buying a diverter for 10 bucks, has a twist knob in middle and flaps that close, works much better now, I also will pull the panel from the heater and look at replacing the junk stock...

Heater question

Maiden voyage done, learned not to lay with grand daughter on table bed, ( wood screws broke, leaving us on floor)

Black water and grey water were labeled wrong, from factory figured that out.
