The forward one is for the toys and yes it is the one with the gas gauge. Unless something is changed they are not connected. The gauge for the generator is a light on the inside panel.

Our Norcold works great. I never have had it above 5. Also our drive is not close to level and it works great. This is the 4 door one also.
