Hmmm I believe I brain farted. :eek::roll: There is more than one type of Schwintek system. Some (most) appear to be two motors mounted at the top.

Should be. You will have to pull the seal away...

Should be. You will have to pull the seal away from the track and you should see the motor mounted to the frame.

There is one for each track. I have seen one unit with 3 tracks on each side of the slide [emoji15]

That is my thought. Is sounds like they might be out of sync. There are 4 motors on each slide.
