The only other option would be to convert to Marinco fittings (https://www.marinco.com/en/products/connect). They are water proof, but they are expensive. I have used them on boats and other projects...

I don't recall having ever seen a water proof RV replacement plug, however you can use some silicone in the plug to minimize water entry. Around where the cord goes in and a thin bead where it goes...
