The ones I have now it doesn't matter. FWIW these are fairly low powered heaters, just enough to keep the water from freezing up. I have ThermaHeat.

I don't know what brand Dutchmen uses, but...

No clue which switch runs which tank heater... at 14 degrees the best bet would be to turn them all on.

Fresh water tank; depends on where it is located. Sometimes they are located above the floor...
