Quite a few things are wired directly to the battery, LP detectors because they are considered Life Safety, that one may be required by code. The other stuff because they are lazy and can't wire...

LP detectors, antenna amplifiers, stereos, fridge control board, etc. All can be a parasitic draw EVEN with the battery disconnect in the off position. Best bet is to pull a battery cable.
