That is kind of like what we had... until they sold off to developers. Only saving grace at this point is that our property is bounded on 3 sides by US Government land that is part of the buffer zone...

I had a certain jackhole in an HOA complain about my F350 dually being a commercial vehicle, which was not allowed under HOA rules, however mine was not a commercial vehicle, it was privately owned...
