I have a 2012 F-350 6.7 & same trailer you do....

I have a 2012 F-350 6.7 & same trailer you do. Never had a problem going down steep grades with brakes. I drop it into 3rd & holds just fine. ;)

Most of your drive will be on I-80 & I-76. Nice flat interstate roads. Once in Denver it is nothing but up to Estes Park. ;)
