GVWR on my 3605 is 16.5k. Axles rated at 7k each...

GVWR on my 3605 is 16.5k. Axles rated at 7k each & 5th wheel pin at 4k. My tires will go 19k+ Shouldn't that mean my GVWR is really 18k. :roll:
