I know Goodyear has "G" rated tire as 16". If you look back at my posts you will see I had all 5 of those fail on my Teton back in the day. So you wouldn't see me recommending them on a 2 axle...

Have the same clearance with the 215/75-17.5 that I had with the stock 16" tire. Clearance is tight but nothing has rubbed & I drove 4000 + miles last summer with the 17.5 tires
