Okay so did you re drill or ? An 1/8" has got to change tolerance somewhere I would think! Since I have time before I do this let us know how it works after a few trips. Much appreciated.

Personally I'm for overkill... 1/8" sounds good. I think aluminum would be fine, certainly lighter than steel. What do you think? Any other suggestions?
