The gas nozzle will fit into your Passat fuel filler. I don't know how else to say this. Your giving wrong information here. Read the above posts. The gas nozzle is smaller than the diesel by 1/8".

Last comment on this. I just went to the gas station with my calipers. At the regular gas/diesel island the diesel nozzle measures 15/16" the gas nozzle measure 13/16". The diesel nozzle is 1/8"...

I don't see how your going to get the diesel fuel into that tank. The diesel nozzles are larger that the gas nozzles. The gas hole :lol: for your pump station won't take a larger nozzle. Also if I go...
