Getting heat in the garage with the door closed may be a bit of a challenge, you need to get a good cold air return, otherwise your trying to push more warm air into the garage...

Check the difuser screens on each tap, they clog up real fast and if the is/was any crud in the tank it will get to the screens and plug them up real fast.
