You are correct. We have vent stacks on our TT and house as atmospheric vents are not permitted in Canada.

In Canada atmospheric vents are not permitted in any application, be it in the home or RV's. We have proper 'P' traps in all our drains. You could consider replacing the vents and that'll solve all...
