thanks all for the help. i ended up just gluing...

check out the black tank pull. i got one pic...

check out the black tank pull. i got one pic showing how it falls into the void. so when im closing the tank it pushes the whole thing into the front wall area.

in the panel with the pulls for the tanks and all the plumbing...

the black pull and the grey pull in there are not secure, i can pull them out and...
