Took the short side frame prices to get trimmed... then used a pair of tin snips to cut down the sheet metal part of the header. Reassembled it, and got to work.

Lowes sells them... Home Depot too, I think. They're called E-Z Ancor Stud Solver Drywall Anchors. About $8 for a pack of 20.

I like em because they're just the right length to not go through...
