Winterizing

This will be our first year winterizing our 2001 Dutchman camper trailer. Does anyone know how to drain the hot/cold water drains?
All there is are 2 hoses coming out of the bottom of the camper...

Thank you! It says ot has a 90 gallon holding tank so would that mean the black tank amd grey are each 45 gallons?

I have a 2001 lite 26fl and I can’t find any info on the size of the freshwater and the holding tank
