What you are seeing is a inline vacuum breaker...

What you are seeing is a inline vacuum breaker for the black tank flush so you do not get a backflow or siphon back contaminating the water system etc.

Slide Out Rollers

Installed Lippert Slide Rollers on both slides in living area on our 3970, no more jerking when slide goes in and out, attached are pictures of the installed components, took about 1 hour each side...

I used 2 well nuts per bracket, drilled the holes, drove in the well nuts, put sealer down, then bracket, then resealed again around bracket and over stainless screw, no issues at all
