Changing oil in genset?

Trying to change oil in genset opened valve and no oil came out. Tried blowing air up drain tube to make sure it was open pressurized from dipstick opening to try and get oil to dump and still...

Had this problem in Luchenbach after running 24...

Had this problem in Luchenbach after running 24 hrs started shutting down. Started asking around and everyone said to loosen fuel cap, been doing that ever since and haven't had any more trouble...
