Use your phone to take a video of your initial "how to" instructions when you pick up the unit. If you try and write it all down you'll get lost and won't remember half of what they tell you.

It sounds like the gears in the fuel pump itself....

It sounds like the gears in the fuel pump itself. I have had to repair my pump twice by sanding them down so they rotate freely since it was new in 2012. Gasoline makes them expand and they push up...
