Voltage 3950 air conditioning

The bedroom cools good. The center of the voltage is poorly cooled. The garage is not cooled. My voltage 3950 has 2 units. I bought a 10,000 btu portable air conditioner and placed it in the garage....

My 2012 voltage 3950 has no air in garage. The units on top are running,but no air coming from ceiling. Does anyone else have that problem?
