Mine is fine. Sounds like chain is loose and jumping the drive cog. Check that out as it will wear the cog down the only major complaint I have is the noise from both our A/C units as they sound like...

Slide out
I’ll check my 2018 endurance toy hauler slide outs vitas I recall they need that extra space for the motor width . I have the same cable system , not to impressed with the design.

2018 ENDURANCE Black Tank Clean out
after connecting Black Tank clean out to main bath , upon turning on water there was a half gallon of clean water on Bathroom floor , unable to find the source , will recreate problem again today..

2013 Tank Locations in Floor
I need to install 2 Motorcycle Chocks (removable) and need to know exact tank locations so I wont drill holes in top of .. LOL
2013 Rubicon 2100 also add 2 more tie downs..
