It may be a week but I will get one. It does not look nearly that bad from outside but when looking at the slide wall window frame vs the main outer wall it is definitely not straight.

I am guessing your pump lost prime. Mine did the same thing. Once I had the bottle and hose higher then the inlet to get everything started it worked fine.

I have already gone around the unit and fixed up a few places where the silicone had loosened up a little. Ill have to go and take a look at the scare light next. I guess we just expected a bit more...
