I don't think it's for a TV they are about 4 feet apart.

Does anyone know what these are for?
See attached pics these (2) pcs are mounted on the outside rear wall of my 2009 Dutchmen Northshore XRV 33 5th Wheel Toyhauler. Looks to me like it would be for mounting something but I've no idea...
