Fresh water drain

I have a 2003 Kodiak Skamper (which is a hybrid) and I cannot find a drain for the fresh water tank. Help!! I must really be stupid.

I found 2 drains under the unit and drained them...

I found 2 drains under the unit and drained them completely and my monitor still shows fresh water completely full. I'm at a loss.
