Well, in the end it was repaired via fiberglass, but at a shop that was willing to work with me. The repair to the corner, and resealing the rubber membrane roof came in at $7k. /sigh

This one is a laminate build. Plywood bonded to a fiber reinforced plastic. Or so in told.

Fibreglass would have been much easier.
