Help if you can? Our bedroom TV has not worked since we purchased the unit. The power indicator is on and I have changed the batteries in the remote but no response. I have been able to reach the buttons on the back but no results. I cannot get the TV off the mount and I have had several knowledgeable RVers try to remove the TV without results. Any suggestions? We are parked in a park for three months and would like to avoid packing up to go to a dealer.
